Record sales of Polish apples to Russia and Ukraine

The end of December proved to be a record in the number of sales of apples from the Polish producers to the east in particular to Russia and Ukraine. Unfortunately, it did not result in increase in the price of the goods. Currently, transactions were carried out at a price of approximately 0.21 EUR / kg

Apples are the main export product of Polish and their quality has been known and appreciated on foreign markets. Today, every four apple sold in Europe comes from Poland.
Polish experts say that this is the last chance to sell lower quality apples from the vault. Soon will begin selling apples from cold storage where apples are stored under controlled conditions. Today, the average price of apples in cold storage is about 0.29 - 0.31 EUR / kg
Currently, due to the holiday season across the eastern countries sales in these directions is completely stopped. Resumption of exports Polish producers expect after 20 January
