Frozen organic products

Is a combination of the two fastest growing food industries: frozen food and organic products. This is probably the best combination of today, the most profitable and fastest-growing.
 
When shopping very often on the shelves we meet with prefixes ECO or BIO. And these are the two key words to ensure sales and profit for the manufacturer and good quality for the consumer. Today's certification standards basically guarantee a 100% natural origin ingredients used for the production and quality. Most companies producing frozen product today offers a line of organic products. And it is not difficult to implement. Same line of eco-certification process is neither much of a problem nor generate high costs. What is only necessary to use an independent technological line for the production of organic products. Sum the cost of such certification is based on the industry ranges from 1 to 4 thousand EUR in Poland, and this is acceptable for most manufacturers. The formalities required to obtain organic certification, they are not excessive and the same waiting period for a certificate is about 6 months. Fundamental problem for the industry is the ability to obtain raw materials for the production of appropriate certificates. Here, unfortunately, the certification process is lengthy and costly. Also the amount of organic material available on the market is limited. It is true that the sector of organic products for the frozen food industry is a niche sector, but its rapid growth and acceptance among consumers causes big problems in obtaining raw materials.
How looks the future of this industry?
According to me very well. Average sales growth in Europe, frozen organic products annually reaches about 10% higher. Despite the relatively high prices of finished products customers desire to reach for these products accept high prices. Added to this is the fashion and the "new style of life."
