Without snow cover, the temperature limit for winter barley is -15 ° C, for winter wheat it is -20 ° C, and for rye -30 ° C. You should also know that grains can dream in colder weather when they are slightly hardened: winter barley from -10 ° C to -12 ° C, winter wheat from -13 ° C to -18 ° C and rye from -18 ° C to -23 ° C In the Lublin region, the state of winter is very good.
