Rhubarb is the first field vegetables to appear on Polish market in spring. In the current season rhubarb is already available. It is processed mostly as a sliced +/- 8 mm, some production goes as cubes 10x10.
This season prices oscillates on the level 0,40 eur/kg EXW Poland for spread delivery
The biggest sales market for Polish rhubarb is western Europe
