SALIMA 2012
I have the pleasure last two weeks to be on Salima in Brno in Czech Republic on Food Exhibition. The exhibitors of course shared into groups represented different branches of food sector. What was for me the most important were fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables representatives
Unfortunately Salima shows existing problems in this branch. Just few of exhibitors from this branch presenting mostly generally their activities. Exhibitors or local one eventually some from the closest countries like Poland or Hungary.
From opposite were presented other branches; Dairy products, sweets wines etc. Here the situation was much more optimistic than of fruits and vegetables. Colored stands with fully production presentation
